Introduction

By entering into any Sun Devil Auto-sponsored giveaway (each, a “Giveaway”), participant (“Participant”) agrees to abide by these Official Giveaway Rules and Legal Disclaimer and the decisions of Sun Devil Auto, such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.

NO PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase of Sun Devil Auto products or services will not enhance the chances of winning. Enrollment in the Sun Devil Auto text messaging program (the “Text Program”) is optional and is not required to enter or win. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or entry.

Giveaway Period

The Sun Devil Auto Text Club Ticket Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Arizona time (MST) on 9/28/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST) on 4/7/2027 (the “Giveaway Period”). Eligible entries must be received by 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST) on 4/7/2027.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open solely to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. To be eligible, Participant must submit a complete entry through one of the methods described below and provide a valid email address or U.S. mobile phone number at which Promoter may provide Giveaway-related communications. Enrollment in, continued participation in, or opting out of the Text Program will not affect eligibility, the odds of winning, or the right to receive a Prize.

Employees, officers, directors, or agents of Sun Auto Tire & Service, Inc., d/b/a Sun Devil Auto (“Promoter”), the Phoenix Suns, the National Basketball Association, and any entity involved in administering or promoting the Giveaway, as well as each such entity’s affiliates, agencies, immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents), and household members, are not eligible to participate. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to Enter

To enter, visit https://www.sun.auto/suns-official-partner during the Giveaway Period and submit the online entry form. The form will provide two equally prominent options: (1) enter without enrolling in the Text Program; or (2) enter and separately opt in to the Text Program. Both options are free, use the same form, are subject to the same entry limit, and provide the same odds of winning. Entry must include the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email, ZIP, and either a Mobile Phone Number or another contact method accepted on the form. Existing Text Program subscribers are not automatically entered and must submit the entry form during the Giveaway Period.

A Participant who separately and affirmatively opts in to the Text Program agrees to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Sun Devil Auto at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Promoter will honor any valid request to revoke consent. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address or mobile phone number; multiple entries by any one individual, email address, or mobile number are void. Promoter will not consider incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete, late, or otherwise non-conforming entries or entries intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or entity. Entries generated by macro, script, or other automated means are void. Promoter may disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Giveaway Rules, acts fraudulently, or disrupts the fair administration of the Giveaway. Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, legal requirements, events beyond Promoter’s reasonable control, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or lawful administration of the Giveaway. If reasonably practicable, Promoter will select winners from eligible entries received before such action using a method materially consistent with these Official Giveaway Rules.

Accuracy of Entry Information

By entering the Giveaway, Participant represents and warrants that the information submitted in connection with the Giveaway is true, accurate, and complete and that the Participant is authorized to provide it. Participant grants no intellectual property license by entering the Giveaway. Promoter may use entry information only as described in these Official Giveaway Rules and Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Prizes; Odds, Selecting and Notifying Prize Winners

Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received by the applicable drawing deadline. Promoter will conduct random drawings on or about 10/6/2026, 11/4/2026, 12/2/2026, 1/6/2026, 2/3/2026, 3/3/2026, 4/7/2026, from all eligible entries received by 10/5/2026, 11/3/2026, 12/1/2026, 1/5/2026, 2/2/2026, 3/2/2026, 4/6/2026. Unless otherwise stated, eligible non-winning entries will carry forward to later drawings, and a Participant may win only one (1) Prize. There will be exactly 50 winners. Each winner will receive two (2) Phoenix Suns game tickets for a game, seating location, and date selected by Promoter (each, a “Prize”). The approximate retail value of each Prize is $150, and the approximate retail value of all Prizes is $300. The Phoenix Suns and the National Basketball Association do not sponsor, endorse, or administer this Giveaway and are not associated with it. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Promoter will notify each potential winner by email, telephone, or text message using the contact information provided with the entry. A potential winner must reply within forty-eight (48) hours after the notification is sent and may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, and tax documentation. Prizes will be delivered electronically by email approximately seven (7) to ten (10) days after verification of the winner. Promoter is not responsible for communications delayed or rendered undeliverable by carrier issues, filtering, device settings, inaccurate entry information, or other circumstances beyond Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of a dispute regarding entries associated with the same email address or mobile number, the authorized account holder at the time of entry will be deemed the Participant, subject to verification. Promoter may post a verified winner’s name on its website.

A potential winner will forfeit the Prize if the potential winner: (1) fails to respond within the required period to Promoter’s reasonable requests for information or signatures; (2) cannot be reached using the entry information; (3) rejects the Prize or the Prize is returned as undeliverable through no fault of Promoter; (4) fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements; or (5) is disqualified for violating these Official Giveaway Rules. Opting out of the Text Program will not result in forfeiture. In the event of forfeiture, Promoter may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all transportation, parking, food, lodging, and other expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use unless expressly stated otherwise. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be substituted or transferred at a winner’s request. Promoter may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable. Tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms, venue rules, security requirements, and any restrictions on transfer or use. If a game is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled, Promoter will have no obligation beyond providing any replacement, credit, or remedy made available to Promoter as the ticket holder. Lost, stolen, or unused tickets will not be replaced. Subject to applicable law, each Prize is offered “as is” without any express or implied warranty by Promoter.

Publicity

Subject to applicable law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Promoter and Promoter’s affiliates using the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, voice, and Prize information solely to administer, publicize, and promote the Giveaway without additional compensation. Promoter may require a winner to sign a separate publicity release as a condition of receiving the Prize where lawful. No publicity rights are granted by Participants who are not selected as winners.

Release

Subject to applicable law, by entering the Giveaway, each Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Promoter and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agencies, agents, and assigns from claims and losses arising from the Participant’s participation in the Giveaway. By accepting a Prize, each winner also agrees to release those parties from claims and losses arising from acceptance, possession, attendance at the applicable game, use, or misuse of the Prize. This release does not apply to claims arising from a released party’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PROMOTER OR PROMOTER’S PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSEES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ASSIGNS, AFFILIATES, OR RELATED COMPANIES (COLLECTIVELY WITH PROMOTER, THE “PROMOTER PARTIES”) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES, OR ANY PARTICIPANT’S RECEIPT OR USE OF A PRIZE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF A PROMOTER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PROMOTER PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY, THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES, OR ANY PRIZE WILL NOT EXCEED $500. THESE EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY A PROMOTER PARTY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

Use of Collected Materials and Information

Promoter will collect, store, and use Participants’ personal information to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, communicate with Participants, deliver Prizes, comply with law, and, only for Participants who separately opt in, operate the Text Program. Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers, professional advisers, government authorities, and other parties as permitted by law and described in Promoter’s Privacy Policy at
https://www.sun.auto/privacy-policy. Promoter will require service providers to use personal information only for authorized purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Dispute Resolution

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DISPUTES, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GIVEAWAY, THESE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES, OR ANY PRIZE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Each Participant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Arizona law governs without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTICIPANT AND PROMOTER WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
If any provision of these Official Giveaway Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect, and the affected provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For a list of prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be received no later than 11:59 PM Arizona time (MST) on 4/30/2027 to Promoter at the address provided below.
