How long have you been in the automotive repair industry?
I have worked in the automotive industry for 6 years.
How did you get your start?
Shortly after graduating from college, I started my career as an Installers Parts Specialist. After a year of growth, I felt the need for more responsibility and became a Service Writer here at Sun Devil Auto.
What’s your favorite auto repair to complete?
I enjoy any sort of auto repair where the customer can feel the difference in the ride quality or the way the vehicle runs immediately after the service!
What are the qualities a Sun Devil Auto Technician possesses?

What type of training do your technicians need to complete? What’s included in this training?
My technicians are trained in all areas of automotive repair. They specialize in all aspects of automotive repair from certifications in engine repairs, hybrids, electrical systems, transmission repairs, and more. Our Technicians continue to update their training as new vehicle technologies emerge.
What’s the most commonly asked question you get about automotive repair?
The most commonly asked question I get for anyone dropping off their car for service is, “How soon can I get the car back?” We understand that being without a vehicle can interrupt a person’s daily routine. With that in mind, our highly qualified technicians work as quickly and efficiently as possible so that we are able to complete most repairs the same day.
If you could dismiss one myth about automotive maintenance/repair, what would that be?
Many people believe that regular maintenance is unnecessary. On the contrary, replenishing your vehicle with fluids used to keep components cool and in working order, helps to prevent the deterioration and break down of major components. I recommend staying on a maintenance schedule designed especially for your vehicle in the extreme climate that is synonymous with Arizona.
What is your favorite part of the job? Your favorite part about working for Sun Devil Auto?
My favorite part of being part of the Sun Devil Auto Family is meeting new people and getting to know my customers every day. My staff and I genuinely care about our customers and enjoy getting to know them on a more personal level.
