Sun Devil Auto recognized for their support of neighbors who care.

Sun Devil Auto has been a proud sponsor of Neighbors Who Care; a volunteer based non-profit organization that assists the elderly in selected services. Their vision is that an elderly client can remain in their own homes for as long as feasible, and with as much pride, dignity and independence as possible. Last year we maintained and repaired their van and provided Thanksgiving dinner to all their clients. On February 10th, Sun Devil Auto was recognized for their continued support. SDA is pleased to support Neighbors Who Care and look forward to working with them in the future.

History & Facts:
Phoenix - On Friday, April 29, 2005 Sun Devil Auto will present the 20th Annual Fiesta Invitational Golf Tournament at the Ahwatukee Country Club. A number of invaluable corporate, media and individual sponsors & participants will join Sun Devil Auto in raising funds to benefit the Child Crisis Center of the East Valley.

About the Center:
Since 1981, The Child Crisis Center has been committed to the prevention of child abuse and neglect. Founded by the Mahnah Club of Mesa, a local service group, the Center opened with 7 shelter beds and an annual budget of $60,000. In the past 24 years they have helped to shelter 11,000 children from all over Maricopa County. With 40 beds and a 4 million dollar annual budget, the programs and services provided in the areas of Emergency Shelter, counseling and prevention have grown in response to the needs of the community.

Grassroots community involvement has always been the cornerstone of the success of the Center. Still today, the Child Crisis Center relies on the generosity of individuals and local corporations to provide the funds necessary to operate. They are grateful for the continued support of the community as they continue to help Arizona’s families prevent child abuse and neglect.

All contributions may be made directly to The Child Crisis Center, a 501 (C) 3 charity, through your F.I.T. Committee Representative. (Tax ID# available on request)
